|Equestrian & Ranch Land Listings|
The Better Prescott Homes "Equestrian & Ranch Land" search feature will display all listings flagged as allowing horses on the property. Please note that many agents do not correctly enter vacant land in the MLS. Yavapai County allows for horses to be kept in many areas depending on the size of land that is offered. Land that is not specifically called out in the MLS as allowing horses may actually still permit them. For assistance with finding land that allows horses, feel free to contact us for help in locating such properties.

Every golf enthusiast has their own preference on how they want to incorporate their favorite hobby into their lifestyle at home. The four search options below provide you with shortcuts to help determine what type of course you want to live on. Not sure what course or location will suit your needs? |Land Parcels on the Green|
These listings are for parcels of land that are located directly adjacent to an actual green. They may be on courses that are private or public but you will have front-line seats to the action year round!
|Land on Private Golf Courses|
Use this link to locate land listings for property situated in subdivisions with private courses only. These often require buy-in and/or higher membership costs than public courses and its members are typically top-notch in their sport of choice.
|Land on Public Golf Courses|
If you want to live close to the more affordable courses year-round, this search link will help you find just that. Please note that not ALL land in the MLS marked as being on a "public" course are actually "public"! Some private courses offer limited space as public memberships but these can be terminated by the individual golf association if their private membership cap is reached. To ensure the land you desire will not potentially lose its golf privileges, contact us to help verify the actual permanency of your future membership.

|55+ Adult Community Land listings|
The quad-city area has multiple adult subdivisions available to suit various needs. Spanning from Prescott all the way to Dewey, these communities offer various on-site amenities with some being closer to shopping than others. Vacant land listings for 55+ communities can be VERY sparse. We don't often see land offered in these areas but if it is available, the listings may not last long in the MLS. |Land Listings with the Highest Number of Amenities|
This search option displays land listings based upon what the subdivisions offer for where they are located. Those with the most amenities (such as swimming pools, tennis courts, etc) will be displayed first.
|Land in the Pines|
This search is unique and not found on any other search or website for listings in Yavapai County. Better Prescott Homes has created a back-end mapping system that defines certain areas south of the Prescott area which are most likely to feature land in the higher elevations with pines. Depending on whether you want to be close to town with year-round access or further out for summer getaway cabins, this search method will help you find just what you want.
|Land in the Pines but Close to Town|
Living in the woods can be a fantastic experience - especially when you can live there year round! These parcels are located just outside the city boundaries (and some just on the cusp of the southern portion of Prescott). Not all land in this search will be "in the pines", as there are numerous locations where the pines weave in and out of the city limits. The likelihood of land and acreage being surrouned by pines in this search are still fairly high.
|Land in the Pines, Further Out|
Striking a balance between having Prescott nearby but being in the tall pines appeals to many people alike. In this search, you will find land and acreage that is often situated on its own, some being in areas that may not be accessible during the winter.
|Land in the Deep Woods|
For those looking to experience a rustic & "pioneering" lifestyle, this is your starting point. In the winter months, bring your 4x4, jacket and foodstuffs - you may just need it!
|Land Bordered by State / Forest Service Land|
What better way of having huge amounts of land around you than not having to buy it! All land and acreage in this search are bordered to some degree by state and/or forest-service land.
|Land With All City Utilities|
Looking to make life a little easier? These land listings all offer city utilities including water, sewer AND electric.
|Land for Mobile Homes|
Many agents do not know this, but the Prescott-area MLS has three different ways of searching and flagging land listings as allowing mobile homes. The searches cannot all be performed at once, leaving their clients in the dark as to what is really available. Most agents also do not set all three flags in the MLS, making it so that their land is missed by potential buyers. This search feature, custom built by Better Prescott Homes, merges all three search methods into one, enabling you to locate every mobile-home allowed land listing to be displayed in one location.
