Work Philosophy

Breaking it all down, real estate is business, financials and emotions. For clients of Better Prescott Homes, you will find that I have an extremely high level of patience and make myself available to you seven days a week. I fully understand that for most individuals, buying a home can be the single-most stressful event in their lives and it is important to me that clients feel comfortable working with us during the sales process.

For those who do not know me, this is not a part-time job. On average, my work week is between 60 and 80 hours and it is the only profession that I am currently focused on. For our clients, this means that you are not only hiring a group of experienced agents when working with Better Prescott Homes, you are working with agents who take their job seriously and are fully engaged in representing you.


Some might say that I represent the "artistic" side of the Better Prescott Homes group. What does this mean for home sellers? It means that when you list with us, I'll be spending up to 20 hours of work making your home look better than any other listing in all of Yavapai County. For homeowners who permit us to do so, I'll coordinate an on-site photography session which will capture the very best of what your home has to offer and entice potential buyers to visit your home first, before all others.

My photography methods surpass the quality of local professional photographers and employing Better Prescott Homes to list your property ensures that you not only get the very best in listing quality, but that you are represented by agents who have a direct investment in getting your home sold quickly, for the best price possible.

Certified Commercial Sales Specialist

The Certified Commercial Sales Specialist (CCSS) designation provides advanced education, knowledge, and sales training for Commercial Real Estate agents.

This college level program provides a practicing real estate agent or property manager with the technical terms and procedures, forms, tools, and training to conduct commercial listing or sales activity with confidence. It includes Junior and Senior level classes on listings, buyer representation, negotiation, contracts, client service, information sources, and practical tools to succeed through closing, title problems, and follow-up.
